Liberté, Égalité, Solidarité

Inspired by the ideals of the Déclaration des Droits de l'Homme and Jean-Paul Sartre's

reflection,

"La liberté, c'est ce que vous faites avec ce qu'on a fait de vous" . This painting series invites

us to consider freedom not as something we inherit, but as something we shape through our

choices.

The open book symbolizes the knowledge we choose to embrace. The ideas we absorb nurture

our understanding, compassion, and empathy, yet it is our freedom to choose how we respond

to them that defines who we become. The dove represents hope and peace, while the

harmonious palette of gold, terracotta, and soft blues evokes dignity, serenity, and the timeless

beauty of our shared humanity.

May the pages we fill—and the choices we make—lead us toward greater liberty, equality, and

solidarity
